Cancellation Policy

All bookings with Marty’s Bus Hire are confirmed once payment is received. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must be paid in full prior to departure. Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.
